HOW IT WORKS

INITIAL ENQUIRY

Once a member of our Sales Team has been out to meet with you to ascertain exactly what your plans are for your new loft project, we will send out your Free Quotation. A few days after receiving the quotation, we will contact you to hear your thoughts and answer any questions you may have. If you decide to go ahead with Livspace Lofts and Extensions ltd, this is where the fun begins!

BUILD

Once we have all the relevant permissions in place i.e. Planning, Building Control, Party Wall Agreements, we will assign your project to its own Team Leader, who will be on site everyday until the project is 100% complete. The Team Leader will keep you informed daily as to the progress of the project. Not only does the project have its own Team but we will also have an experienced member of our Quality Control visiting the site regularly, making sure the project is meeting Livspace Lofts and Extensions ltd high standard’s, on time and that the site is being kept safe and tidy.

DESIGN

Livspace Lofts and Extensions ltd will start to work closely with you to help achieve the best possible design for yourself and your property. If you already have plans in place, we would be more than happy to use these. Livspace Lofts and Extensions ltd is completely flexible and happy to be involved at whichever stage suits you.

COMPLETION

At the end of the project a snagging list will be compiled. Your Team Leader will ensure that everything is completed and our Quality Control will also ensure that nothing has been missed. Your Free Decoration will then commence and the scaffolding will be removed.
